I tell stories through photos. My clients are people that know the importance of capturing our lives as they are. They LOVE a good black & white photo and allllll the detail shots! They're people that are down to shoot in the rain, sand, wind and they're people that are looking for someone that values their photos just as much as they do (that's me!!).
So why book me?
After almost five years of marriage, I still look back at my wedding photos at LEAST once a month. Every time, I remember the special feeling of my wedding day and everything that came with it. I think back to all the memories I would've otherwise forgotten, like my nephew giving an impromptu speech!! Cutest thing ever. I love that I'll be able to have all these moments come flooding back to me whenever I want for the rest of my life. It was that moment that I realized I needed to take my passion for photography and gift this to EVERYONE. What can I say?! Photos make me emotional!! I produce photos you can FEEL. To do this, I look for unnoticed moments to capture. For example: the way your baby's hands are gripping the collar of your shirt, the way you have your arm around your partner's waist, or the way you have to get on your tiptoes to kiss your partner. This is my special way of immortalizing moments that you didn't know you would love or miss.
Technology is fab, but it also has a lot of downsides. Sometimes SD cards crash and hard drives fail. That's literally my worst nightmare. To avoid this, I take incredibly special care of your photos by shooting on two different SD cards and backing them up to two different hard drives. I don't delete any photos off my cards until they are edited, finished, in your gallery and in your email inbox!
I love love LOOOVE making new friends, especially with my clients. When you book with me, you're not just getting a photographer, you're getting a new friend.
